Outbound - Shift In Charge - Shopee Xpress - Sorting Centre

Job Description: Oversee the outbound process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved Create of schedule and monitor tasks and duties manage overall performance and attendance Coordinate with the Outbound Supervisor and Middle Mile team to ensure accurate linehaul allocation and timely pick up of parcels Ensure all parcels are loaded properly and dispatched to Last Mile hubs within the given SLA Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse Provide reports to Inbound Lead and/or SOC Lead for internal performance reporting Requirements: Requirements:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Warehousing or Manufacturing industries Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees Keen with details and has a background in process improvement Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications Amenable to be assigned in Plaridel, Bulacan
