This is a work from home position with fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, 10PM - 6AM working for a US Company

We are looking for outbound sales agents for our expanding team.

Job Summary
You will be one of the super agents in the sales team responsible for managing phone calls and/or emails for our customers
?
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all phone calls (outbound and inbound) and email correspondence in you queue (depending on position)
- Be able to respond to email correspondence without the need for templates
- Create and deliver reports to your direct manager with insight into campaign performance
- Expected to ensure all targets are met by monitoring KPIs in real time
- Perform other tasks assigned by your immediate manager
