**Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Mondays - Saturdays**- Prepares reports based on the team's activities such as (but not limited to) sales progress/customer service statistics.- Ensures that the company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.- Manages a team of diverse individuals by monitoring their performance and providing ample feedback/coaching when needed.- Conducts regular assessment of the team's KPI's and addresses areas of improvement for the team.- Resolves problems/conflicts encountered in the day-to-day activities of the team and other issues/concerns that may arise from time to time.- Maintains a highly productive and efficient workflow by continuous development and improvement of work processes.- Participates in strategic business planning, analysis, and implementation geared towards accomplishment of Collection Team's goals.- Translates actual business operations, analysis, and trends on meaningful reports and presentations.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree holder, any course.- Keen attention to details with above average communication and presentation skills.- Adept on using Excel for creation of reports (Pivot, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools)- Proven leadership experience preferably in a Financial Services or BPO industry.- Extensive experience on employee discipline, performance management, motivation, and coaching.- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a supervisor.- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Are you willing to work on Saturdays?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Financial Services or BPO industry.: 3 years (preferred)- Customer Service Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)- Credit & Collection process: 2 years (preferred)
