Your Role in the Wireless World: Efficiently process orders through various channels, including email, phone, and procurement systems. Validate and maintain data accuracy in opportunities, Purchase Orders, and invoices. Proactively communicate with clients to gather missing information and address inquiries. Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Update and maintain comprehensive sales and customer records. Channel customer feedback internally for continuous improvement. Take accountability for invoicing and order fulfillment. Manage direct and indirect quotes and purchase orders via Salesforce. Utilize Fusion to process sales orders and generate customer invoices. Collaborate seamlessly with Sales and Finance teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Demonstrate flexibility in schedule/hours during end-of-quarter and end-of-fiscal-year sales cycles. Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including email etiquette. Showcase strong organizational and administrative skills, emphasizing time management and handling time-sensitive sales and customer requests. Demonstrate resourcefulness and internet-savviness. Maintain professionalism and adherence to all processes and policies, especially during high-volume sales cycles. Report to Team Leader, Order Operations Manager, Sales Ops Director. Are You Ready to Power Up Your Career? 3-5 years of sales-related experience in inside sales or sales support with a proven track record of success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build professional rapport via phone or email. Highly proficient computer skills, including internet use, SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Desired skills & competencies:
A Bachelor's Degree or completion of 2 years in college or a 2-year degree in a technical/vocational course. Excellent organization and time management skills.
