• Contribute to business success by maintaining performance standards• Use system and complete requests in a timely and efficient manner• Review and distribute documents according to policies• Handle queries from customers, clients, and engineers• Liaise with internal and external groups via email and phone calls• Assist customers and stakeholders in troubleshooting workflow issues• Maintain a collaborative relationship within the team• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
• Preferred experience in operations, customer service, technical support, and back-office work• Good verbal and written English communication skills• Proficiency in MS Office Suite• Exceptional problem-solving skills and time management• Willingness to work on shifting/rotating schedules• Bachelor's degree preferred
