Develop and maintain operational structure that will provide the expected service to the Customers and employees.
Manage and supervise TG site operations;
- Weekly briefing with section/unit personnel in matters related to their unit operations
- Update of TGSERV Head office circulars and memorandum
- Gather information related to staff concerns and customer feedback
- Provides counselling to erring TG employees
- Provides the necessary support to TG employees for the improvement of their services
- Conducts and evaluate staff performance quarterly
- Recommends staff recognition and rewards system for top performers
- Manage efficient usage of equipment and materials
Submits weekly report indicating updates and concerns of Clients and TG employees in all sites.
Update the client on latest development of TG services;
- Verbal updates on weekly basis (informal meeting)
- Monthly or quarterly basis (formal presentation)
Identify and recommend cross training requirement of TG staff
Reports critical incidents to Head Office as necessary
Work with client for additional potential business opportunities
Assists and help in Marketing TG Services to other companies

Able to use basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
Able to prepare and reports according to specified formats in a timely and accurate manner.
Able to handle counselling of staff in relation to his/her performance prior before elevating to HR for disciplinary action.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
With exposure in the hospitality industry and area of;
- Hotel and resort operations
- Building maintenance (housekeeping, knowledge in technical maintenance will be an advantage)
- Familiar with Integrated Facility Maintenance (IFM)
- Strong HR skills and people management
