Operations Staff

Responsible for encoding and filing documents.
Responsible for other duties such as banking and answer telephone inquiries.
Will operate office machines such as photocopiers computers and fax machines
Candidate must be a graduate of any Business, Computer course.(Accounting an advantage) Fresh Graduates welcome
Should be computer literate (Excel, Word, other window based programs)
Can multitask, work under pressure and minimal supervision, willing to overtime.
Willing to work as encoder, documentation, payables, etc.
Able to follow instruction carefully, highly analytical, with good verbal and written communication skills.
