As a company, we are committed to helping our customers deliver the best draft taste, every time.Now, with our ever-growing clients to serve, we are looking for more **OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS **who will help us maintain our excellent service.**About The Role**As an **Operations Specialist **your duties and responsibilities include:- Research, data entry, leads generation, cold calling and building of contacts database- Prepares detailed Draft Beer Technician schedules- Evaluates draft beer service progress accomplishment report- Identifying potential service schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timely manner- Monitor daily Draft Beer Technicians' performance and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure that service time and goals are met- Conduct root cause analysis if there are any anomalies and execute an action plan to resolve the issues on time.- Recognizes the revenue of the respective accounts handled, primarily through the invoicing/billing process, and prepares the necessary documents for collection of payments- Other ad hoc administrative tasks and projects which may be assigned from time to time**Role Requirements**- A minimum of three (3) years' continuous experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service or Technical Support Representative or equivalent- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheet, Docs, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Meet, etc.)- Prior General Virtual Assistant experience is preferred- Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus- Must be willing to work Central US Business Hours- Excellent English communication skills, verbally and in writing**About You**In order to be successful in this role, you must have:- **Leadership — **Ability to guide and influence others for improved efficiency and achieving company goals.- **Excellent Customer Service Skills** — Ability to maintain good relationships with the clients by providing quality service and showing professionalism in every client interaction- **Problem Solving **— Ability to spot when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong, and the ability to provide and execute solution/s- **Excellent Time Management and Flexibility **— Ability to follow your daily schedule and put in the hours needed to meet the demands of our clients- **High Integrity, Attention to Detail, and Self-Motivation **— Ability to complete tasks thoroughly with little to no supervision, and adhere to company/state policies and regulationsPay: From Php180.00 per hour**Benefits**:- Paid training- Pay raise- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Evening shift- Shift system**Experience**:- CSR/TSR/VA: 3 years (required)Shift availability:- Night Shift (required)- Overnight Shift (required)
