(Cebu) Apply Now Job Description This is an opening for the role of Operations Manager, based in our office in Cebu, Philippines.  We are looking for an up-and-coming management professional to drive service excellence within our inspection division. 
The candidate should embrace the company's culture of teamwork, technology and innovation. The role requires strong management skills and the ability to work with different teams/stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The Job
Job Responsibilities • Oversight of an inspection operations team, ensuring on time day-to-day service delivery. 
• Line management of team leaders, handling a team of people in multiple locations. 
• Ensure team adherence to service delivery SLAs and KPIs, related to quality of service and on-time delivery. 
• Drive team efficiency through lean initiatives, system/process improvements, training, employee engagement & development. 
• Drive continuous improvement in the quality of our inspection reports; support the company to converge to the new QIMA report formats.
• Manage and deliver improvement projects. 
• Investigation of claims and complaints, implementation of corrective action plans. 
• Work internally and with clients on customized inspection solutions and reports as needed.
• Able to present and communicate team performance to management and subordinates. 
The Candidate
• 3-5 years' work experience in quality, consumer goods or business process roles. • 2-3 years' team lead or management experience a plus. 
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. 
• Engineering or technical degree preferred. 
• General high proficiency using IT applications.
• Can work well under pressure, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 
• Imaginative, able to investigate and find solutions, and always ready to tackle new challenges.
