Operations Manager - Remote Work

Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team remotely in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operations- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve performance goals- Maintain quality standards and compliance with company policies and regulations- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise in the operations process

Requirements:- Independent and passionate about driving results- Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)- Experience in the distillery industry is a plus
