Operations Manager

**A. OVER-ALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- The Operations Manager will be responsible in handling & monitoring the entire Construction Projects.- He will be directly in-charge of all the activities in the deliverance and performing the delegated duties of all the People under his jurisdiction.- To make sure that all targets are met and accomplished; a hands-on leader, who is on top of everything, and works well with the group.**B. QUALIFICATIONS**- Engineering graduate; a board passer or with Master's Degree on technical and Management Expertise.- At least 10yrs of solid experience and exposures in Senior Managerial Capacity of over-all Operations and General Management in a Construction Companies.- Excellent communication skills, with exceptional strategies and remarkable ideas.- Knowledgeable in all Phases of Construction Projects from Design, Build and Project Implementation- With a high sense of Accountability, Responsibility, Integrity and a leader of exemplary.Schedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Dasmariñas, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
