Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Accurately forecast and provide project status updates and completion for accounts being managed
Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within the account and organization
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Find ways to increase quality of customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree holder
More than (5) years Operations Management experience with a minimum of (3) years experience as a Manager
Can demonstrate flexibility and agility to changing client needs
Accurate and efficient with very good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
Ability to build strong client/customer/staff relationships
Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus
