GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Reports directly to the Managing Director.
- Manages daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the overall manufacturing process and ensures optimized production.
- Designs and implements plans for the effective use of material and human resources to achieve manufacturing target.
- Oversees the planning and organization of a production processes and ensures availability of necessary material, equipment, and labor resources required for a project.
- Supervises the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule.
- Oversees the hiring, orienting, and training of technical production employees to ensure a competent workforce.
- Ensures operations are in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversees the regulation of work shift to ensure proper workload distribution.
- Schedules the maintenance of production equipment and machines to ensures efficient operations.
- Analyzes and provides solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems.
- Liaise with the quality assurance department to ensure product quality and specification are consistent.
- Conducts assessments to identify mechanical and procedural limitations that minimize work efficiency.
- Monitors and controls a production process to adjust operations in event of a problem.
- Reviews personnel performance to determine individuals most suited for promotion.
- Motivates operation team to achieve set objectives and target by setting up rewards for an achievement.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
-Highly Organized; Production and Planning Skills Required; Understanding of Stock
Management Systems; Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively; Excellent
Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal; Leadership Skills; Ability to Work in a Team
Environment; Strong Problem-Solving Skills; Strong Attention to Detail; Ability to Engage and
Motivate Others; Drive to Achieve Results.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Must have 10 years of experience in Restaurant Management
- A senior role which involves overseeing the production of goods and/or provision of services. Making sure an organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
