Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:- At least College Graduate / B.S. degree in engineering or equivalent- With 5 or more year's technical experience in design and management of communications networks.- Must possess Project Management Training/Certification- Knowledge in various telecommunications system including fiber optic, architecture and engineering design.- Must Have FTTH experience from " last mile from NAP to Subs"JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for the management of the regional operation implementation.- Responsible for the implementation progress/ cost/ quality/ resource management and risk prevention and control.- Responsible for the resource coordination. Lead the operation areas to achieve the customer's target within SLA.- Responsible for the regional operation performance monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting.- Responsible for technical skill improvement, resource optimizing, cost control, efficiency enhancing and customer satisfaction.- Responsible for the quality and safety assurance.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
