Operations Manager

We are hiring for OPERATIONS MANAGER! Our client is a well-known, one of the largest companies in the Philippines offering beverages, food, etc.
Qualifications: Graduate of any engineering courses. Must have at least 6 years of work experience as an Operations head or managerial level. Must be knowledgeable of the whole operations of the manufacturing. Must have knowledge of business functions and solid knowledge of data analytics. Must be knowledgeable in the SAP/ERP system. Experience with handling people and with excellent leadership style Must be from a manufacturing of the food industry. Amenable to working onsite in Davao City from Monday to Saturday; 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate, plan, and direct all the activities that go into the production process. Creating strategies with senior management. Developing policies that will correlate with strategies. Implementing effective processes and standards.
