Operations Manager

Job Description:

DMCI, a leading company in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is currently seeking a motivated and driven Operations Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.2. Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.3. Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.4. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.6. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.7. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Requirements:1. 7+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.6. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
