Operations Head (Modernized Jeepneys, Transportation)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have supervisory experience, a strong personality, and good communication skills.
Must be open to doing field work.
Must be willing to be assigned inDaanghari.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle overall operations (located in Bataan, Iloilo, Las Pinas, and Cavite) as well as employees.
Plan, organize, direct, and manage the operations of the department—making them responsible for the transportation needs within the company.

Effectively coordinate the transport activities of the company.
Consolidate reports of supervisors reporting under him/her.
Ensure clear and efficient communication with all stakeholders
Accomplish necessary paperwork involved in the whole business process.
