Operations Associate

Job Description:

Zalora Philippines is seeking a motivated and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience who possesses strong strategic planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations of the company- Manage inventory and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships- Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 1+ years of experience in operations or a similar role- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong communication and organizational abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
