Operations Associate

Job Description:

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, NCR. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our home health care operations.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of home health care services- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services to clients- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist in the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives- Support the operational team in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience

Requirements:- Independent and reliable individual with a strong work ethic- Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Proficient in using technology for operational tasks- Prior experience in operations or a related field is preferred but not required- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
