Operations Associate

Job Description:

Saphron, a dynamic and innovative company based in Makati, NCR, is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate at Saphron, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable, resourceful, innovative, and have a strong spirit of cooperation.

Responsibilities:1. Assist in the day-to-day operational tasks of the company, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling client inquiries.2. Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure seamless communication and coordination.3. Conduct research and analysis to support the development of operational strategies.4. Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency.5. Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operations.6. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a similar role.2. Strong organizational and time management skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.4. Ability to problem-solve and think critically.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
