Operations Associate

Job Description:

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring the smooth running of various projects and initiatives. This is a part-time role with a requirement of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating and implementing operational processes and procedures- Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning- Assist in budget management and expense tracking- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation- Provide administrative support as needed- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field- 4 years of experience in operations or project management- Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic- Excellent people management and communication skills- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
