Operations Associate

Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a motivated and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication- Implement and manage strategies to improve operational efficiency- Assist in people management, including training and development programs- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement- Support in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in project management and people management- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
