The Role You will be responsible for : Understanding the market needs and analyzing data to devise and implement processes that optimise retail operations. Identifying and streamlining retail processes to improve store productivity and enhance employee and client experience. Ensuring all projects and policies conform to brand and regulatory guidelines. Ensuring that the retail training and development strategies are deployed effectively. Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and brand consistency. Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives. Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out. Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible. Ideal Profile You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail. You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders What's on Offer?
