Onsite Recruitment Assistant

Responsibilities:• Assist in the day-to-day recruitment operations• Support the recruitment team with clerical duties• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system• Test administration• Schedule calls and interviews, as needed• Help with initial screening and phone interviews, as needed• Conduct reference check of potential and new hires• Ad hoc duties Requirements:• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a recruiter• Excellent English communication skills is a must• Familiarity with hiring practices and stages• Familiarity in using Office365, Zoom, and Outlook calendar preferred• With sourcing experience using social media and other job portals preferred• Ability to work independently• With great attention to detail and problem-solving ability• Must be willing to report onsite in our office at Eastwood, Quezon City
