Job Description:

Shopee Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Support Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, NCR on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online shoppers. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and other inquiries.3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient support.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.8. Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve processes and services.9. Provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the customer support experience.10. Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Passionate about providing excellent customer service.3. Hardworking and dedicated to meeting customer needs.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.6. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
