Job Description:
Coins.ph is looking for a part-time Online Support Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or online support role.
Responsibilities:1. Provide timely and efficient customer support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and general questions about our platform.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner.4. Identify customer trends and suggest improvements to our products and services.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:1. Energetic and resilient personality to handle high-volume customer inquiries.2. Strong innovation and negotiation skills to interact effectively with customers.3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in English and Filipino languages.6. Familiarity with cryptocurrency and financial services is a plus.
