Saphron is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Online Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and developing our online presence across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement- Create and curate high-quality content for social media posts- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices- Manage social media advertising campaigns- Monitor and report on competitor activity- Provide insights and recommendations for improving social media performance
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in social media management- Energetic and hardworking personality traits- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
