Job Description:
MadEats is seeking an entry-level Online Operations Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our online platform.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the online platform, ensuring all content and information is accurate and up-to-date- Assist with managing customer inquiries and feedback, providing timely and effective responses- Collaborate with various teams to execute online marketing campaigns and promotions- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Support the implementation of new features and functionalities on the online platform- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve online operations
Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Resilient and resourceful when faced with challenges- Strong decision-making skills and adaptability- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
