Job Description:Monde Nissin is looking for a dependable and self-assured Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level specialist with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform and providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.- Provide accurate product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customer problems.- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.- Proactively monitor chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.- Utilize chat analytics to track performance metrics and optimize customer interactions.- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide real-time feedback on customer sentiments and preferences.- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.- Proficient in multitasking and managing time effectively.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.- Reliable and confident in your abilities to deliver excellent customer service.- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.- Proficient in using chat software and CRM systems.
