We are looking for a reliable and driven Online Live Chat Officer to join our team at Universal Robina Corporation in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Engaging with customers via online live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner- Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service- Utilizing negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and find mutually beneficial solutions- Demonstrating attention to detail in documenting customer interactions and resolving issues accurately- Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to think on your feet to find solutions- Attention to detail to accurately record information and resolve customer issues- Previous experience in a customer service or online chat role preferred- Ability to empathize with customers and prioritize understanding their needs- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
