Expedock is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This full-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in online customer service management.

As the Online Live Chat Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of online chat agents, monitoring and optimizing chat performance, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will also be responsible for developing chat scripts, training agents, and implementing best practices to enhance the overall chat experience for customers.

To be successful in this role, you must be hardworking and resilient, with excellent planning and critical thinking skills. You should have a strong understanding of online customer service principles and be able to effectively communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
