Online Esl Teacher

?REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.

Required language(s): English (with neutral or American accent preferred)

Required Skill(s): ESL, time management, English communication, Training, Internet savvy, Basic troubleshooting

Must have strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.

Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends and holidays. (1:00 pm-10:00 pm)

Preferably with at least less than 1 year experience specialized in Education or equivalent.

Willing to work in Diliman, Quezon City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach the English language to Japanese students online using the prescribed textbooks and/or lesson materials.

Implement the structured lesson management plans.

Provide quality learning experiences effectively.

Collaborate with a team to enforce quality standards across all lessons.

Report to the Operations Manager.

Perform other related duties, as assigned.
