Online Data Analyst

Specific duties and responsibilities for this position shall include:

• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports
• Coach and train associate team in the finer functions of the job
• Preparation of inventory-related reports for reference in SMART decision-making
• Creation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports (either in numerical or graphical presentation).
• Gather data from different sources and platforms to create a report used for inventory re-stocking analysis and brand’s overall evaluation.
• Evaluate sales performance of the previous bulk orders.
• Identification of discrepancies and their root cause, including presentation of data to the management and concerned departments
• Recommendation of processes modifications to further improve the Data Cluster departments' procedures
• Create product listings in Amazon and other platforms

Essential Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel formulas, functions and shortcuts
• At least 1 year experience in analyzing data or reports generation using MS Excel
• Good English Communication skills
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Detail oriented
• Graduate of any Business or IT related course
