Job Description:

Saphron is seeking a motivated Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for individuals who are resilient and passionate about customer service. This part-time role will require exceptional decision-making skills and the ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:1. Provide support to customers through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot technical issues.3. Manage customer accounts and update information as needed.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.3. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.4. High school diploma or equivalent.5. Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service.6. Strong decision-making and planning skills.
