Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles, particularly in an online environment.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Provide exceptional customer service by accurately addressing customer needs and ensuring timely resolution of concerns.3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting technical issues.4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex customer concerns and follow up on resolutions.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.6. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency in the online support process.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles, preferably in an online setting.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers to build rapport.3. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service software.4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.6. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction.7. Creativity to find innovative solutions to customer problems.
