Job Description:

Workbean is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and build relationships with online customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.2. Provide timely and efficient support to customers through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.4. Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and minimize churn.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.6. Assist in the development of customer success resources, such as FAQs and tutorials.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.

Requirements:1. Resilient and reliable personality traits.2. Strong persuasion and planning skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.4. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.7. Experience working in a remote or virtual team setting is a plus.
