Job Description:

As an Online Customer Success Manager at Peddlr, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our online customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing support, guidance, and solutions to their needs.

Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.2. Understand customers' needs and challenges, and provide solutions and support accordingly.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer value.5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.6. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.7. Serve as a product expert and provide training and education to customers as needed.8. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any potential issues.9. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.

Requirements:1. 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.2. Reliable and dedicated with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships.7. Experience working with online customers preferred.
