Job Description:Qwikwire is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with account-related issues and provide technical support when necessary- Process customer orders and provide updates on shipping and delivery status- Handle customer complaints and strive to find satisfactory resolutions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve products and services- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Hardworking and adaptable personality traits- Strong project management skills and ability to innovate customer service strategies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication tools- Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills
