Saphron is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Associate in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and be highly motivated and resourceful.
Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels.2. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.4. Experience using CRM systems and other customer service tools.5. Demonstrated project management and strategic planning skills.
