Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Online Contact Center Manager to join our team at Zennya in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time associate level role, the Online Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing our online customer service operations, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed- Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer service-related issues- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service-related role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Experience with people management and team leadership- Proficiency in online customer service platforms and tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
