Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Client Support Manager to join our team at Kumu. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for managing our online client support team to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers. This is a part-time position based in Pasig, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of online client support representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support.2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention.3. Monitor and analyze client support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.4. Handle escalated client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.5. Collaborate with other departments to address client feedback and improve overall customer experience.6. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent client support.7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client support to continuously improve our processes.8. Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment that fosters teamwork and growth.9. Represent the company in client meetings and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services.

Requirements:1. 5 years of experience in online client support or a related field.2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strategic planning abilities to drive improvements in client support processes.5. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and software.8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
