Job Description:
Fetch Valet is seeking a dynamic and proactive Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate-level role, this part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for online clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate information and timely updates.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients, exceeding their expectations.4. Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall client experience.5. Utilize various communication channels (email, chat, phone) to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and swift problem resolution.7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
