Job Description:

As an Online Client Service Representative at Bench, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients based in Davao City, Philippines. Your primary role will be to assist clients with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our services. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.2. Assist clients with placing orders, processing payments, and managing their accounts.3. Resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner.4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online client experience.6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.7. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience.8. Plan and execute strategies to increase client retention and loyalty.

Requirements:1. Dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.2. Strong analytical and planning skills to effectively address client needs.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service platforms.6. Fluency in English and Filipino languages.7. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
