Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships through various online platforms, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online client engagement- Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address any issues or concerns promptly- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients- Assist in the development of client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Excellent presentation skills and emotional intelligence- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in online client relations tools and technology- Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach- Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
