Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

mClinica is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Associate in Davao City, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with minimum one year of experience required.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online chat support to customers who have inquiries about our products or services.2. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Report any technical issues or trends to the appropriate department for resolution.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:1. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.2. Dedicated to resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.3. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.4. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat software.7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.8. High school diploma or equivalent.
