Job Description:
SM Investments Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience, the Online Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns.3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Identify trends and provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:1. Confident and independent attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.2. Strong people management skills and the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.5. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.6. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
