Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position suited for individuals with little to no prior experience. As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions- Solve customer problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for process improvement- Maintain a positive and resourceful attitude when faced with challenges- Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Resilient attitude and ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
