Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a passionate and independent Online Accounts Receivable to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities:- Manage online accounts receivable processes and transactions- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in posting payments and reconciling accounts- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve any issues or discrepancies- Work closely with the finance team to improve efficiency in accounts receivable processes- Analyze and report on accounts receivable metrics and trends- Utilize innovative approaches in collections strategies and negotiation tactics- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Requirements:- Passion for accounting and finance- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
