Online Accounts Payable

Job description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and confident individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable at PLDT in Manila, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes in an online environment.

Responsibilities:1. Handle online payments to vendors and service providers2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions3. Monitor and record incoming invoices4. Communicate with suppliers regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies5. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes6. Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues8. Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:1. At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field3. Proficiency in online payment systems and accounting software 4. Strong planning and organizational skills5. Excellent communication and persuasion skills6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team7. Attention to detail and accuracy8. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
