BeamAndGo is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to BeamAndGo account holders through various online channels such as email, chat, and phone- Assist customers with account setup, inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction- Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding customer data privacy and security
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online account management systems- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Must be passionate about helping customers and dedicated to providing exceptional service
